VMP Covergirl - Tracy Eisenman

This week’s VMP Covergirl is…… Tracy Eisenman!

Portrait of dynamic woman over 50 years old - author, speaker, and wellness performance coach, Tracy Eisenman. Taken by Tracy Montarti as part of Villa Montarti's 50over50 Project photographing 50 women over 50 years old.

Coach, speaker, author and VMP Covergirl, Tracy Eisenman

Tracy and I have crossed paths many times over the last several years and I loved finally getting to know her through this project. She’s a powerhouse - not only is she an author, speaker and wellness performance coach, she’s out there riding motorcycles, doing archery and mentoring other women in business and health. Her program called “Get Your Sexy Back” takes a whole new approach to wellness.

We did several different looks for her session - some for business but also some showing her fierceness, femininity and wisdom. I love that we also incorporated a special piece of jewelry that was handed down to her. The little touches like that really make a difference in the final portraits and experience.

Did you have any older female role models when you were younger?

My Grandmother on my father's side. She lost her entire family in the great Johnstown flood. She survived by climbing high in a tree and staying there for 3 days. Eventually, she was adopted, moved to California, and worked on the film The Wizard of Oz helping the writers when they had writer's block.

How did you mark turning 50? How did that feel to you?

I loved it! I decided to choose to have a mid-life crisis and do something out of my comfort zone. So I bought a racing motorcycle and learned to ride it and took it on the race track a year later.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Don't let other people's opinions of you stop you from becoming who you are meant to be.

Do you feel like you've changed since you've turned 50? Example: have your values or your perception of being attractive changed?

The only thing that has changed is that I am more willing to make myself more public. Oh yes, I want to show my attractiveness more openly.

What positives have come from being over 50?

I believe that I have more time to focus on what I want for myself. I have added more self-care.

Do you have any goals or projects you're working on? What dreams do you have for the future?

I have many goals. I am launching my new program "Get your Sexy Back". I get to use my geeky side using DNA in this project. I want to travel to the Motorcycle Races and talk with the racers. Last year I got to coach 2 racers, I hope to do more of that in the future.

What is your best advice for other women who are coming up on turning 50? What do you 'know' now.

My Best Advice is to ditch the negative people in your life and connect with those that are living the life you want to live.

How would you like people to describe you or see you? What do you most want people to remember about you?

I want people to describe me as a fearless leader. I want people to remember that I may impact helped them improve their belief in themselves.

Why are beautiful photos important to you right now?

I want to connect my current image with my new programs.

Congratulations Tracy!!
